Please note: if you're a member of the Fiat 500 Girls Australia Facebook group but have a different car (or if this is a gift for someone who - unfortunately for them - doesn't drive a Fiat) please include the model in the comments and I can create a slightly different illustration for you, at no extra charge!

WHEN PURCHASING YOUR BUNDLE
Please be sure to add the details of your requirements (car colour, roof colour, badge colour, interior seats and steering wheel colour, accessories, etc) in the text box and email fiona@ikigaigirlstudio.com with any extra information that doesn't fit, or reference photos. I will then get to work on creating your portrait and email you back a proof of the design. Once you approve of the artwork via return email, I will get to work applying your illustration to the items in your bundle and send you print proofs via email for your reference.
IMPORTANT: Once you have approved of your artwork via return email and the print proofs have been emailed to you, your artwork is considered finalised so production of your printed items will start immediately. It is rare that we will be able to make any changes to your artwork at this stage, however if for some reason you require changes or if you notice there has been a mistake, please email fiona@ikigaigirlstudio.com with the word URGENT in the subject line and we will attempt to assist you as best we can.
Please note: Your portrait is 100% customisable, however it will be applied to your tote bag and mug AS IS without adjustment or additions. The Fiat 500 Girls Australia logo is also a permanent feature of this bundle design. However, I would be happy to work on any extra details or elements you'd like added to any of the items, at an extra charge. Please email me at fiona@ikigaigirlstudio.com to submit your request or include this in your notes when you make your purchase, and I'd be happy to assist!Please also note: I understand this process can be time-consuming and confusing, however I desire nothing more than for you be 100% happy with your purchase. This process can often take longer to complete than anticipated, so please email me if you require your order by a certain date and I can work with you to ensure you receive it in a timely fashion. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please send details of your order (including your order number) photos of the fault if applicable, and a brief description of the issue to ikigaigirlstudio@gmail.com

Each piece sold by Ikigai Girl Studios is Made To Order so may take longer than expected to ship. Especially if personalised artwork is involved, this creation, packaging and shipping process can take extra time. I will endeavour to keep you as informed as possible along the way and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as the item is posted. If you require an update on your order, please email fiona@ikigaigirlstudio.com.
