Whether this portrait is for you, for your loved one, a teacher or acquaintance, let me know what you'd like it to look like and together, we can work on making something special!
IMPORTANT: This is the cost of the artwork ONLY and does not include the item itself. If you would like an item with your illustration printed on it (eg. a tote bag) please see the other listings, which will include the cost of creating your customised artwork as well as the printed item (mug, tote bag, etc).
Included in this purchase: Please briefly outline what imagery or elements you'd like included in your illustration. You can supply a photo of yourself and your car, your pet, or whatever it is that you would like a portrait of, and I can incorporate that into your artwork in any way you would like.
Extra information to provide: Your favourite or preferred colours. Your favourite or preferred illustration or art style. Your favourite or preferred background, setting or extra elements you'd like included. Include as much or as little detail as is comfortable for you and I can create artwork you will love as much as your little Fiat 500.

WHEN PURCHASING YOUR PERSONALISED PORTRAIT
When making your purchase, be sure to be as descriptive as possible in the text field about what you'd like your portrait to look like. If you have more information or would like to submit photos for my reference, please email fiona@ikigaigirlstudio.com.
I will then work on your custom portrait and send you the first proof via email, for your approval. You can then send back changes for two rounds following your first proof, making three rounds in total.
Once you have approved your artwork, your portrait will be applied to any items you have purchased in your order, and you will receive a mockup of your portrait applied to those requested item/s via email. If you have purchased a portrait ONLY, your digital file will be emailed to you in your requested format.
Please note: once your artwork mockups have already been emailed to you, your artwork is finalised and your items will be in the process of being printed. It is rare that we will be able to apply changes to your artwork after this point, but please email fiona@ikigaigirlstudio.com with the subject line URGENT if there are any changes you require and we will do our best!

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please send details of your order (including your order number) photos of the fault if applicable, and a brief description of the issue to fiona@ikigaigirlstudio.com

Each piece sold by Ikigai Girl Studios is Made To Order so may take longer than expected to ship. Especially if personalised artwork is involved, this creation, packaging and shipping process can take extra time. I will endeavour to keep you as informed as possible along the way and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as the item is posted.
